Promoted to the position of squad leader in Ramadi, Iraq in 2006. Led a squad of twelve soldiers that conducted daily foot patrols in Northern Ramadi (Al Jazeera). Honorably Discharged from Active Duty Service and assigned to New Jersey Army National Guard at Fort Dix, NJ in 2006. Completed Marksmanship Training at the Army Marksmanship Unit (AMU), Fort Benning, GA in 2007. Promoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant (SSG) at Fort Dix, NJ in 2007.
