I have dedicated the past 26 years into the develoment and refinement of technical skills balanced with the art of leadership and management. My experience spans from the lowest componet level of circuit cards to the overseeing multimillon dollar programs and projects. I have strenghts in identifying stakeholders, communicating with customers, peers, subordinates to cordinate projects, securing resourses and delivery results. Additionally, I have served as a program manager advising organizational leadership at multiple levels on the status of projects, personnel and compliance with directives and policies. In numerous cases established the baseline for policy, procedures and developed written guidance in accordance with U.S. codes.
