  Supervised a four man office responsible for providing personnel and administrative services for 280 Sailors, processing 300 personnel evaluations, 255 sets of orders, and hundreds of pieces of classified and unclassified correspondence.
  
  Qualified Conning Officer and Junior Officer of the Deck, one of only two enlisted personnel qualified to stand bridge watches in those positions.
  
  Guided a 54 man duty section through the months long Basic Phase Force Protection and Anti-Terrorism evaluation phases, ensuring the ship was ready to deploy.

  Established the Special Technical Operations / Special Access Program office for the command from the ground up. An empty room became an active STO site in a single year.
  
  Acquired $25,000 worth of cryptologic data systems to replace obsolete equipment, completed all inspections and authority-to-operate requirements and planned and executed the first STO practical excercise between, US Army Europe, Special Operations Command Europe and the National Security Agency, allowing increased interagency competency.
