COMMON RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support and troubleshoot telecom, VoIP, unified communications, AV, VTC, and conferencing technologies
• Maintain collaboration platforms, conference room solutions, and end-user services
• Perform testing, documentation, incident resolution, and vendor coordination
• Support meetings, special events, technology upgrades, and modernization efforts
Requirements
COMMON QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with telecom, unified communications, AV/VTC, or collaboration environments
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco, Poly, Webex, or similar technologies
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills
• Ability to support onsite and remote users
• Industry certifications are a plus
SALARY RANGE - $55,000 - $120,000 annually
Salary ranges provided are estimates only and may vary based on experience, location, contract requirements, education, certifications, and market conditions.
